All our restaurants are selected for: Provenance – Sourcing AT LEAST 20% of their a la carte menu ingredients from within the region (50 mile radius of their venue) Authenticity: Whatever their style or origin of food we ensure it is of the best quality is available, we also assess their menus for authenticity of content, and ingredients, including speciality and ethnic restaurants. Service: Considered, knowledgeable and friendly service. Overall Experience: We want you to enjoy your visit to our member restaurants – if for any reason you do not, please let us know, and we will assess all feedback when considering their membership.
